Very worst service. Even after 10 days my courior is not delivered at Ahmedabad. They are saying receiver has refused which is very false statement as receiver has not received any call. Please don't use DTDC service. I found very bad reviews on twitter and other social media also. They don't care about item and on time delivery. My courier is on hold in other city since last week. I have contacted multiple times this office but they have no idea. They have given me some other person contact number but he is also not doing anything. Very very bad service. Finally I have told my receiver party to pick self from other city as dtdc refused to deliver. I suggest speed post at Post Office just opposite this office. This is very worst and bad courier service. Not this but all dtdc offices as same experience at destination city also. This is going to close in few times if they don't improve.

Pathetic service. Even when address is correct they knowingly harash and don't deliver urgent package. After multiple calls I told them that I will pick up package from there facility as it was very urgent but they agreed over the email but when I visited they had returned back package. Very horrible service.

DTDC courier service is available near the Persistence Company. Also near to Hinjewadi main chowk(walking distance). Shops/buildings in nearby are- PNB bank Bakery Indian Post Office Gifts Gallery Police station IT park phase 1 Shopping complex And many good hotels There is also a bus stand which is just outside this office. Home pickup for courier service is also available. Staff is good. Apart from cash, they also accept online payments modes like paytm, Google pay. Not sure about card swiping. Overall good place.
