Extremely disappointed with my experience! My parcel was delivered to Udaipur from Dimapur 2 days ago and it was since then kept at the office and not even out for delivery, today when i checked the status it said that the parcel has been delivered to me! When I never actually received my parcel and I've already paid for the parcel and the delivery charges too! This is highly unprofessional! I've no idea to whom they have delivered my parcel! They didn't even bother to call me on my given number and delivered the parcel to god knows whom !

I have been calling them since 6days . None receives the call. They hold my delivery since 4days. I have been tracking my delivery it was out for delivery 4 days back and deposited being 4-5kms apart they are not able to deliver to the location. Please try to be efficient and humble. Worst . Hope they don't return back without returning and better give good reason for the same.

• It's service is fine, • Time they take too book an post is very slow, it almost take you 1-2 hours in que to get your turn, • They have always run me on my foot 3-4 time because they don't find the package as per their requirement inspite it was packed very well. • The charges is very affordable It has reach to any remote places of India • The delivery time is fine. •They should've increase the customer handling speed

Very bad service,no one is there to listen grievances, they don't go to destination and write the remarks such as " door was locked" adress is wrong et setra.Head postmaster must be responsible for all that.They are charging a due fees for it, and also gaining handsome salaries for doing their jobs.On that they harras the public after charging stamps for their parcels.It is very wrong and regretting practice from their part.

There is Only a single Window for Speed post And No. Of Persons Here standing in que from 1 to 2 Hrs. On regular base....So Plz Need to Open One More window for Speed Post... There is no special Window for Sr. Citizen and women's. They also suffer lot.... Hope You will improve the services....
