DTDC srirangam is very professional and they do pickup and packaging service as well. Recently i used their service and happy with the coordination. This is only about this branch and not about entire DTDC as i had different experience with other delivery branches.

They are always reachable over their published contact numbers. Last week I sent my vacuum cleaner for service through them. But the service center claimed they did not receive. I contacted DTDC Srirangam and they immediately shared me the proof of receipt the same day and the person who received it. Then the service center said it was already received by other shift people. I had previously sent official laptops to new joinees through them. All reached them on time and safe. You can trust them on safety, timing and also in case of any issues.

Worst customer service. Sent a normal letter to Chennai and it took 10 days to deliver. The address is simple and clear, but still they failed to deliver. Better to go for other courier services.

Very Rude bearded Staff.He just growls at customers.Gets irritated easily.Treats customers like dirt.I doubt if Karthik the owner is aware of his staff's rude behaviour. And Customer Unfriendly attitude.A parcel sent to Mumbai returned like this.I prefer India post to DTDC.very poor customer service and a Don't care attitude.
