Its in Junglighat. Just opposite to Chennai Store there is a road going upwards. From that road, it take 02 min by bike to reach this office. Only one phone number is available which is always busy due to number of queries. If they receive ur call, then u r really lucky. They give by hand your courier on verification from the same. Overall good response in person.

25 aug 2020 my package got shipped from Kolkata and 26 aug 2020, 4:30 pm it was scanned by Port Blair dtdc. Now today is 31 August 2020, i haven't got any calls from dtdc that one package have came from your name kindly collect it. Very un professional and third class service by DTDC.

DTDC service is very very poor service at Andaman, my courier track no.is R-35959597 am sending my packet 23.12.2019 but today (02.01.2020) 10 days then Unprofessional. Parcels get stacked on floor so that you hardly can enter their office. No home delivery . service not good no responsibility.....i am totally harresed

Unprofessional. Parcels get stacked on floor so that you hardly can enter their office. No home delivery. Got a call and had to go to their office to collect my parcel. After reaching they made me wait for half an hour to give the parcel just because they couldn't find it from the stack. There is no proper inventory and staffs are not so experienced or oriented with what their job is. Worst case- they make many people to come to their office rather than home delivery of parcels. Avoid DTDC in port blair if you've any other choice or get ready to feel regretted.
