They charge more than the standard rates. For the same destination different DTDC shops/stores are mentioning different rates minimum 150 at one place and 180 at another place for sending standard documents to Bangalore. Please try other places before finalising to courier from this place.

They are marking the order as deliver and signing on the recipients on behalf of us without delivering the order. They are just singing and updating the order as received without delivering our order. I went for enquiry regarding this to them and then they are giving the order to our hands . This is the second time I am facing this issue, the worst service we can get here. The guy who sit at the counter is the worst candidate, don't know how to speak with the customer even there is a mistake from their side.
