Worst experience. These robbers always collect money (without providing bill) for delivering a prepaid package. Never send or recieve your package with VRL, the recipient would face huge problems with delays, miscellaneous charges. The package won't be handed over to you unless you pay the unnecessary money in cash. No bill will be provided.
