First of all we have to know about how this company still survive with this kind of negative publicity they are only delivering daily customer parcel when a new customer address coming to this company because there always taking the paid parcels only that's the reason they delivering the parcel so no one can complaint there consumer forum for this kind of behaviour of the company so they didn't care any rules that's why never choose DTDC for your college use India Post is always safe and better

The courier service people won’t deliver your courier. They don’t even call you to pickup the courier if they don’t want to come and deliver it to us. When we track the courier, these people would have updated some random reason for not delivering the parcels. It would be great if someone lodge a complaint in consumer court.

Not delivered the courier. My package reached to Rajahmundry DTDC super franchise as mentioned in tracking details then it was out of delivery I didn’t got any call from them related to delivery and my address is correct but later the day when I checked the tracking details it mentioned not delivered due to MISROUTE OTR. If you (DTDC) doesn’t want to deliver then why are you accepting when it booked. I’ll be filling PIL on consumer court to legally proceed on this matter targeting only the branch “Rajahmundry DTDC Super Franchise”. Happy to see you closed in near future. Happy new year!

My product is reached here. Due to covid19 my location is non serviceble. They updated my order status as delived and they handover the product. And they don't mention there contact number too. Very very lazy and worst service. I booked a parcel from Tamilnadu to Andhra Pradesh(Rajahmundry). However it reached after a week. Once it reaches,this bloody employees should have called me. Instead of calling to me, they have sent back the parcel to Guntur. How dare these guys are running a franchise?

Very expensive charges compared to other DTDC franchise which is a rural remote place. Being as super franchise cost should be less compare to rural centre. Worst worst worst..... In Rural areas ₹50/60 but here they charged ₹70/- 👎 👎 👎 Better to use India Post (₹40/-) than this Franchise......

Shipment reached to this DTDC centre 24 hours ago and it has not moved out from there. Its status is FDM prepared means it should be out for delivery in next few hours, but very badly since 24 hours it stayed in there. Not sure when they move it out from this store. Shipment travelled all the way from Bangalore to rjy in 24 hours, but it stuck at rjy since 24 hours.. very bad.
