I received a medicine consignment marked COD on 01-06-2020 for which I had already paid online. But as it was marked COD I had to pay for it to the delivery boy. Then I posted complain to the source company MEDLIFE, which supplied medicines, for refund of the excess amount paid as dual payment. The company enquired with ECOM EXPRESS about this but they aren't supplying data to Medlife regarding the Cash On Delivery status.
