My speed post contains medicines which need refrigeration. I am trying to call but nobody picks the phone. My parcel was sent on 25 may at 1302 hrs and has still not reached. Is it speed post or slow post? I hope my costly medicines do not get spoiled because of delay. This is why people prefer couriers

Firat, the the contact number given on the site doesn't work. Secondly, they are not putting an effort to deliver the parcel when it's their duty to give to the particular address. The parcel reached Vani Vilas Mohalla Post Office on 18th of August and it had to reach before Rakhi but, still, the parcel is laid in the office. They are calling the addressee to come and pick.
