Very un professional and poor customer service. Went today and the person sitting in the counter was always on his mobile phone and never responded to me even I said hello. Other staffs are helpful. But the reputation of the Post Office is affected due to these type of irresponsible persons.

My grand-mother is a pensioner and I use to accompany her every month for collecting monthly pensions which is usually distributed from Karakulam Post office. This office is exactly located in Enikkara, and the staff are approachable.

Very poor customer service. Postmaster is very arrogant to customers . Savings bank passbook is not available in the branch. Account opening is very tedious in that branch. Better change this kind of employees for better results.
