IPB provides operations cum sales job and that too with a lot of difficulties. Walk in interview for the candidates who are willing to do operations are also conducted by many banks. So, please don't fall in the trap of any institute which promises to give you a job in banking sector by spending a big amount of around 50 to 60 Thousand. Skilled, knowledgeable and experienced candidates are capable enough to get any private job on the basis of their credentials. So, it's better to not to waste your money and time in getting influenced by any such institutions and IPB is one of them. Even if you do their course, then they are not going to provide you any certificate for that. So, basically this institute is entirely based on making false commitments to students and they can generally be classified as Bluffmaster.
