Wish I had option to rate them negative…. Worst services. They will keep the parcel with them and wait for the customer to pick. If you call they’ll say “if parcel is that important come and pick from us or wait till we decide when will we deliver. Pathetic people/service

They do a weekly delivery to sector 82Mohalli. Yet their executive called 4 days after they received at their hub and simply refused to deliver. Please don't take the consignments if you can't deliver

It's the worst courier service that I have ever availed. They pester their customers by not answering the call and furthermore their shipment tracking is also poor. Even if one is in the dire need of the parcel, one will have to wait for several days. My parcel was at the warehouse and still nobody updated about the status, one can go crazy in anticipation.Why are they even in business if they don't want to operate? They are unprofessional and grossly negligent. They deserve to be sued in the court for their irresponsible behaviour.
