This is is a review of the Inspection Quareters (IQ) at the top. Both room and bathroom are quite spacious but the caretaker is slow in responding to requests. Water can in the kitchen will be empty. Comode is dirty. No milk/tea powder in kitchen. Go book the PTC nearby, you'll get three meals a day there.

Bad experience with rude service. While you wait for your turn with token still nobody follow the que system. While your turn, they do not explain any process rather ask you to come again in few hours. Unless you know somebody none of your work gets done on time. They have not updated the system and blame us for not delay. I hope they make things smoother and put some boards with all the details for others to understand the process better.

Senior citizen with both knee problems has visited Accounts wing pension section 8n first floor as per advise 9f Kuvempunagar post master as she has not received pension since March 2022 though live certificate was physically given on 7-112021and forwarded to accounts wing in 7-12-2021.Staff there rudely behaved and directed the pensioner to contact Kuvempunagar post office without verifying the receipt of live certificate as such pensioner contacted Post Master who also refused to solve the problem but disposed with a direction to contact Kuvempunagar post office.This type of merceless behaviour of post master is an opportunity to loose faith on postal service

Very poor customer service. For five mins work one has to wait for hours. Gents staff keep talking rubbish about breakfast, lunch, dinner. Lady staff keep bluffing about TV serial stories. No proper response to the senior citizens.

Very long waiting time, even for a small task of 5 min, wait time is more than 3 hrs. Lot of agents hogging the place. And anytime you ask they have readymade answer “ server problem”.

I had to go to the post office as I could not track my consignment. The post man and the officer in charge are available from 8:30 AM. This is a very good advantage for people who have to rush to their offices in the morning. The post office offers all kinds of postal services.The staff there are very cooperative. They speak English. The officer in charge helped me find my parcel. When I came back to my place, I was able to see that the postman who delivered it was at my doorstep enquiring whether I have received it or not. Coming back to the post office, it is situated in a residential locality. The ambience is really good. It has a well maintained lawn. A picturesque location and very beautiful in the morning. There is an India Post ATM right beside the building. It has cash all the time and works like a charm. One star less for not calling me when my parcel was out for delivery.

One of the very finest post offices in Mysuru. All the staff are friendly. A bit crowded as it is a head post office for the specific division. Various standard quality postal services are present. The post office surroundings is very good. There's good amount of lush green in the post office area. The protocols regarding the Covid-19 situation were promptly followed when I went there.

I had a very good experience from this post office. I got my purpose done very quickly. The staff here finished it so easily. I needn't had to waste my time The service charge here is so cheap....thanks to Indian Post. The whole place has a very wonderful ambience and neatness. Would have been great if the staff here wore a smile in their face.

One of the best postoffice that I have seen in my life, there are lot if trees in the vicinity and a beautiful lawn. The post office is wheelchair accessible and maintained very well. The staff were very courteous. It even has a post office ATM.

One of the good post office in mysuru. Situated in a peaceful area. Surrounded by garden . Aadhaar udpate service are done here. There is usually an issue in this service regarding udoating the details. Otherwise other services are as usual as found in other post offices.

I wanted my aadhar to be updated for my scholarship...when I went to the post office it was 5pm..aadhar update was to close at 5.30 but they didn't respond and the one in the counter for aadhar update behaved rashly. The previous day also I had went at 3 but she told to come in the morning. I really had a worst experience

This is the Saraswathi Puram Post Office in Saraswathi Puram. It is one of the main post office branches in Mysore. Helpful Staff and all services of Post Office are available. It is nearby to RIE MYSORE, AIISH. Also it is very nearby to YOUTH HOSTEL, MYSORE near the Jnanodaya College. It is located nearer to the Main road which all buses use going to other areas and the city bus stand.

Location and ambience is superb for a govt office, only good for postals and some conventional investments, anything extra they need to do will be refused qouting shortage of staff, some of the staffs are lethargic
