I have ordered a watch from Titan and Ecom Express Pendurthi was assigned to deliver the package. The package according to Titan came to the delivery hub on 28th of May. They did not deliver till 16th of June. By then it was too late and I could not give the watch as a gift. Their phone number does not work and they do not call their customers. So we have to wait till God intervenes and gets our package delivered. Never, I mean, never am I going to recommend this delivery agent for even sending or receiving even a bag of garbage.

Very worst courier service eventhough I went to hub 3 times also they didn't give my parcel today my parcel is out for delivery the delivery executive saying that he called me but I didn't lift the call even I checked it I didn't get any call today evening at 4::09 he called me and told that he called me but I didn't lift that call in tracking it showing that delivery was attempted but coustomer not available such a worst service I never have seen before no use of this ecom hub in pendurthi better to close the hub

Worst experience with staff..they blame other partners(seller,app etc)for their own mistake..they don't have enough courier boys here but still take orders..I visited twice and return back with fake assurances..I actually have to get courier of Ajio but didn't receive even after a month of waiting..the most worst thing is Thier customer care service is same like them giving out fake promises...I am not even able to cancel my order nor get refund of money..they returned my order to seller without even informing me..p
