They have two branches one near the delta hospital and another one near the kotipalli bus stop. For some reason I will exclude the delta hospital branch as they are at least informative. My office has sent me Diwali gifts and it reached to their office on November 2023 13 and after that there is no phone call no track and nothing. Later when i started asking them until now there was no response and nothing, simply they said it got lost in thin air where they are not able to track down. Even till day no apology and nothing, on top they said if office has sent sweets to you by now it might get spoiled, they got service charge, they got my sweet Box which is nothing short worth of less than 2000 and they said we just lost it.
