Worst responsibility and Worst ownership. There is a guy called Pradad who came home and collected the item for shipment. He is least bothered about what he explain him and he will not even listen to us completely and disconnects the call. No follow up, nothing. My requirement is to deliver an item to Hyderabad. It reached Hyderabad 2 days after we handed it over to this guy. But it didn't reach the delivery address. When we followed up, the POC is not responsive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COURIER SERVICE TO ANYONE HERE AFTER.

Even a single star is too much😒... Ur expectations are always fooled as the products are not delivered but it shows that delivery is already done. No one is available to take up issues and do a follow up🙄🙄

Service of this branch or franchise is Very Very poor and people are not a professional, can't even know how to talk or response customer calls, courier service is service oriented business but this branch people saying that come and collect your parcel we cant door step service, what is the use of taking franchise, almost 15 days not yet delivered the parcel. 1 star rating also waste. Very poor service.
