My personal experience. Once The consignment reached to kovilambakkam branch, few day's delayed and then only they delivered. Atleast they can hold 3-5 days. Worst delivery.. no contact no difficult to contact staff.if you send mail there is no reply.. குப்பைகளை அனுப்ப மட்டுமே professional courier.. don't sent your valuable..

I felt the biggest drawback with this courier office is they don't have any digital mode of payment with them like Google pay , Paytm, cards etc. We have to always carry 20 Rs, 30 Rs etc with us. If we don't have change, we have to roam around the whole locality to get change. No one will be willing to give change for 30 Rs, 50 Rs etc. Now a days every shop has digital payments mode with them including roadside vendors.

Response to customer is ok but they should be having few packing material with them, instead asking us to go to other shop and buy is little weird and painstaking sometimes. Courier services are the best but local offices working culture seems to be lazy people around and feels like an govt offices. Hope they give proper response next time.

I paid and their none of the numbers are working. All are fake numbers, they are just collectiong money from people but do nothing. They can do anyother job for this
