Very pathetic service. Please absolutely avoid as couriers remain in transit for 10-15 days. No toll customer care number. If you want your courier won't be dispatched then use this service.

One of the best courier services in the wakad area. I have to send one parcel from pune maharashtra to bihar. I went to DTDC, they said i have to pay 750 rs (5 kg weight i have to pay, weight of parcel was under 1 kg) i said leave it, i am not gonna pay 750 rs for item costing only 150 rs, then after searching so many courier services nearby wakad area I found professional courier. Uncle and aunty working there was very helpful and they checked in their system whether parcel can be delivered or not. They charge 280 rs however it's also at the higher side but I was ok with that.
