One of the great decisions taken by The Central Government of India. To ease the process of passport which is really very helpful. Before 2015 we have to visit to the Andheri Passport Office which is very long for the central suburbans people we have to travel like for 2hrs and the system also was not proper. But after the initiative of the Passport Kendra at different locations in Mumbai which is already serving very quickly and giving a best experience to make or renew passport. I was there at Kendra in the month of May 2023 for my passport verification. My verification and all over documents scanned was done in just 15mins. I was very happy and the process was so quick. There was not a single person in a queue. And the location at Vikhroli East Post Office Passport Seva Kendra is very good and hygienic and also accessible for handicapped. Parking is also available, no tensions for photocopies as the shop is available outside the passport Kendra. Thank You for the service!!

Me my wife and minor child went for passport renewal for my spouse and fresh passport of minor son to this office today. I was bit worried about infra because it is post office passport seva kendra and not like other RPO but to my surprise staff here is awesome. 5 star to their service there are total 3 counters and within 20-30 mins we were done. Even our appointment was at 12.15 we reached there at 11.30 but officer accepted our application form and process was smooth and very speedy than RPO.

It's post office and also passport seva kendra. Recently the passport seva is closed due to some reasons. Due to lockdown there is only one person operating all the work, so it's being crowded and time consuming. Place is not so spacious so people have to wait outside the office in line in peak hours. They should improve infrastructure and office facilities.

Excellent experience at passport seva kendra Vikhroli. The entire process took only 5 mins. Staff is also very cooperative. You should carry the required photo copies and be on time. Even reaching early is ok. They take you in and start the process immediately.
