My wife is a member here. We went to avail services this sunday but the person on counter seems rude. A brand like this can't sustain if your front staff is rude. I may presume he himself was the owner and his behaviour was odd. 2nd if someone is available coupon discount in any shop it doesn't mean you have to forgo your membership discount. This time they did not give membership discounts as i had coupon. Totally unprofessional behaviour. Need some basic training before giving a franchise

Hair cutting and everything is very good , they are professionals , very humble and polite which is the first thing I notice at any place because you want to feel welcomed , you want your ideas to be discussed .. unlike Habib where everyone thinks they are an expert and have no room to listen to your ideas and needs , I highly recommend this . Only for hair colouring I recommend Jawed Habib over this , but even L'oreal does great colouring it's just the limitation of colours here.. but it's almost the same at Habib and everywhere else. Unfortunately No salon offers mixing colours , you can choose only from the variety they have , they won't mix 2 colours to make a new one which is kind of a let down but it's standard at every big Salon , if you want that go for some private one's. All in all a great place to go all the time. I've been a regular customer here and I absolutely recommend it 100/100 🙏 have a great time, talk to your hair stylist about your style or ask them what suits you and you'll also feel welcomed and in the right place

Behavior of owner was not good at all...after booking they charged me extra money ,.at the time of makeup..as I was helpless,I had to pay extra money..guys be aware of this salon,think before you go. This can not match with other saloons in purnea..they just have name and the owner thinks he can do anything with the help of name of this brand I had lots of expectations from this salon but I think I wont think of going in this again ever,and I wont let anyone go there for sure
