Worst service, it takes more than 20 days of time to deliver, even for that you have to call them. They don’t have enough money to call you guys and inform about your package. This is not the first time,multiple time we have experienced this issue. But from next time we will change our vendor. This is great place to send couriers. The office is a bit difficult to navigate but once been there it will not be a issue. The main issue is the parking here. The office can be kept more neatly. Talking about their service, they provide the delivery in the said time frame. 2 stars less because of the office and the inconvenience caused because neither  the sender or the receiver can contact the delivery person nor it is updated on the website. But can tried.

The worst n worst n worst courier services provided by professional couriers, staff irresponsible, no customer service provided by this people, after paying the courier charges they even don't care your parcel is delivered or not even if they people lost address so they don't have guts to call back customer and inform the same apologies for it call many times but they people not respond properly. Wastage of money, wastage of time worst courier services.
