I had booked Amravati to Pune bus. Bus was supposed to reach Amravati at 8.30, it was 9.10 when I boarded the bus. Not at all punctual. Staff is very arrogant. Even after being late they were arguing. Bad service.

Very bad service ticket price is high and no service at all We had to travel in emergency so booked last seat of volvo there ac is not working same msg was to driver he says its bot outside what i can do such irresponsible response we received from driver and later driver its engine side that why its hot so they should have put seat there,if that is the case they r aware that problem is always a problem so that means they r fooling the innocent traveller

Very rude staff not adjusting in luggage. Purple is much better than vrl. After requesting many times for only one bag they are not ready to listen.vrl travels napur to pune MH 09 EM 5431 . Don't travell with this. One star is also not worth giving it ZERO

Its okay they have busses on time ... also the parking of sangamvadi pune is on back side ...not so easy to find for new person ... they provide blankets for AC buses ... if you want to travel in semi seater then vrl is good choice in affordable price ... but in festive season price will be little bit higher than regular price
