Absolutely fantastic services. On time. No complaints, very effective and good drivers. Always be in touch wid passenger. Only 1 suggestion is that once we book a ticket provide us with a number of driver to get updates of bus as not everyone is used to for Android phones. I hope this point will be considered for more and effective services in future. Thankyou ❤️

On an average good travel company normally they to maintain timing some time due unavoidable circumstances there may be delay yesterday I was travelling from Vijayanagar Bangalore to my native Hukkeri pickup bus was late around 55 minutes staff is somewhat cooperative one thing I have to appreciate for ladies VRL is the best and safe travel I strongly recommend.buses will not stop on highway dhabas they stop only in companies premises where very clean rest room are there and company run restaurants with reasonable prices

On a rainy eve i was running late and had huge luggage.. so i asked the representative to let the bus stop little forward from the pickup point. He disrespectfully told you have to come at the pickup point or the bus will leave. Worst service.. So unsupportive & rude behavior.
