VRL logistics limited is the largest fleet owner of the commercial vehicles in India's private sector. Although it delivers the goods on time, but it takes a lot of time in paper work at its office. Their employees start work at 10:30 am.

Google Map location totally wrong. So nobody can reach at exact location...I informed them but no one take seriously for it. Also I received my box parcel in damage condition.

Very bad service. Higher transportation charges as well as weight charged criteria is also extremely higher. Not happy with this kind of service. The value of transportation charges from vrl is quite higher as compare with another transportation including door delivery of others. If u manage to door delivery from others then still we can save big amount from that. I won't book my consigments through vrl in future.
