I booked stuff for Daltonganj but I had to pick it up from Ranchi if they don't have a delivery office in Daltonganj they shouldn't book the consignment it's so inconvenient to pick your consignment 171 km away from your delivery address

Worst service provider. They will always charge extra over the bills. Mr. Pathak is there who try to cheat customers and take extra money. If customer refuses to give extra they black mail, they won’t give your parcel. Never send materials through this Transport.

It's a logistics company that's all and specially this branch has a very fussy staff. They make a fuss about everything, which delays your consignment booking. They don't wanna work and tell you things that are not possible to be done by your side.
