Pathetic behaviour of their staff! Very rude and arrogant people. Never order your goods in this branch of VRL. Mr Pranav Patel (manager) is very irresponsible and careless person. Charged me extra on top of freight charges. His helper Mr Ashish is very rude, arrogant and dirty guy! Disgusting experience.

Most irresponsible behaviour and booking staff Mr.pranav Patel totally irresponsible.They book transport goods as per their discretion .In case of doubts while booking goods to their destination they do not bother to call the consignor.please book goods in VRL transport Por at your own risk cause in case of any mistakes on their side YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES.DISGUSTING MANNERLESS TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE BOOKING STAFF AT VRL LOGISTICS POR VADODARA.
