Unsatisfied service. Took too many days to get delivered, I couldn't track the status online and even they don't know the exact status when we call them. The are very lazy to pick up calls and to answer us, arrogant attitude while we ask them something.

Visited VRL Logistics today to collect a parcel..., Very rude behavior.. They behaves they're the top of it and they don't speaks to us.. Rather they commands.. We had to wait for so long.. It took alot of time.... Very disappointed.. This is not how a logistics company should work.. And also in Google what they addressed is they works till 6 pm, and when asked they said we only work till 5.30, when we asked could you guys wait for some minutes.. They cut and straight said no we can't wait. You can come tomorrow..
