What kind of service are those guys doings there i have seen almost 6-8 office staff apart from loading staff, I had a experience of waiting almost 2 hours. After waiting for one hour when my turn came alll the staff suddenly disappeared when i asked where they are they replied you should wait we all are going to have tea. Why they really want to do things in this way why cant they take turns as all know nowadays lockdown is going on loosing 2 hours of working hours it means alot to me and the two senior most staff i guess they dont even know how to talk to people. VRL team please note we are your customers i am not accepting as mahathma gandhi said customers are the king. This is not the first time i am having this experience but this time iam not ready to sacrifice for my time, we do bookings all over kerala vrl. The worst service i think in all kerala goes to kollam hatsoff to it.

The approach to this place is completely water logged. The staff here is not customer friendly. This is what happens when there are no competitors , they take the customers for granted . It took them half an hour to confirm whether they can book a parcel or not , worst service ...
