Worst management i have seen when I went over there to collect my parcel. They called me the day before that your parcel had arrived and collected it and when I reached to collect it they said that you have to wait for 4 hours because it has just arrived. Is this way to serve the people !!!! By the way their warehouse is 24 km away from my city Surat.
