Worst customer experience and the product transit status nor updated to sender and recipient. The delivery side is even worse without calling the recipient they update customers not reachable and address not found status. The product which is sent by us is eaten by rat and the ST team has patched them with cellophane tapes i really felt bad how long they have hidden this from us and after 5 days with no intimation from ST courier partner we checked ourself and took back the package.
