WORST COURIER of all time. They want us to travel a distance to pick the courier. They get the courier charge as extra and even after paid the extra sum, they said they aren't gonna delivery it to house. Either they should not even pick this up order cos of the pandemic situation. Or, they should not ask customers to travel to pick the courier. Instead of COURIER service, you have to rename you as pickup godown.

During this epidemic time the public transport is not available and we are not going out for our essential needs frequently. But this unprofessional courier is expecting us to pick up the package from their office. The person was so rude. "vangringala ila thirumba anupirava". Who is depending on Whom? I don't have clue Tenkasi ST is the worst management. I won't recommend this courier to anyone.
