From my personal experience they provide very worst service. They didn't visit your place or call you and they simply return the parcel to the sender and said "No such person at the address". If someone send a courier you have to track it and go to the courier office to get the courier that is their policy they are following. Very worst.Better go for other courier office which near to them.
