Worst courier staff answering was irresponsible and rude. Reached my town, tracking shown delivery boy ph no also, he answered me call after 4 days no staffs available. If that is a scenario they could have shown in tracking. What is the use of tracking, highly disappointed.

Worst service. Eatable items sent from Thisain villai reached my place after 5 days. Staff are very irresponsible in answering my queries. Complaint sent to head office, no action.

Don’t use this courier service , very worst service , won’t pickup the call, No response from customer support not even don’t know where the parcel received, I have send medicine to Kadapa recently that also I told clearly it should on time, they said it will reach with 24hr, but it reached after 5 days..very very worst courier..Never Never use and won’t recommend to anyone.

Worse customer service, thoughthe parcel reached the hub, they couldn't find it. Two days thrice I visited, and finally a boy there helped me. Though it had proper address, phone number, pin code, it was dumped in a box which contains unknown address parcel. Worse service.
