You pay to get a worst courier service. The customers are at the mercy of the female staff in the office. My parcel reached on 2/6/23 and today it is 5 th still I haven't received my parcel. I even offered Rs50 for delivery but still no response from the courier office.

Worst courier in gudalur. Never use their service. They don't do home delivery. They will call and ask you to collect the courier. If we ask why they say we only delivery once in a week. I don't understand what kind of courier service is this. Water of money. Never use it

Since its a small town, the courier lacks its efficiency. They take the delivery of parcels for granted because of the same. The rating is for delivery. They send out parcels and accept packages with a different note though. Outbound parcels are handled in a way better fashion.

If there were a zero I would give that, actually a minus rating if that were possible too. Their online system said delivered , while the parcel had clearly not been received. We found the parcel in their office, ourselves, as they refused to track it down themselves. 10 days after they claimed to have delivered it. They lie, have terrible customer service and clearly have do not have the right intentions when doing business. If I had time, I would take them to consumer court for fraudulent service.

ST Courier office gudalur , I have ordered some item by checking the tracking system it showed that item is reached at Courier office but when I called the delivery man they said didn't reach but already item is reached on June 4th . I contacted them but they gave Irresponsible answers and they used disrespectful words to me and today they used bad words towards me .
