Om Agatheesaya Nama: Poor service. Arrogant speech asking even the neighbors to come directly and buy the parcel. It is common for the parcel to be delayed or returned. They will turn around only if they are dragged to the Consumer Court and taught a proper lesson.

Update: July, 2022 Worst. they don't change. They keep the consignments with themselves. They deliver only when the consignee goes and asks for it. Never use the services of this courier. They want us to collect shipments by going to their office instead of them delivering to our home One of my friends purchased an item which was sent through ST courier. These guys happily kept it at their office and sent it back without attempting delivery. When queried they said your phone was not reachable. This should also be a false statement to hide their fault. Are you people out there to check if the customer's mobile is working? Your job is to deliver and we expect you to do just that. Aside, arrogance and intimidation are the answers to any queries that you make in person. If this is a franchisee ST courier should cancel and hand over to some other responsible person, else if its a branch they should train their staff on the basics of delivering articles and on how to deal with customers who come up with concerns

The worst service they have. They never deliver the parcel to our home instead they ask us to come and collect. Every phone numbers they given in internet are either not reachable or switched off. Arrogance and bad behaviour is their key. Never ever go with this service.

This Gudiyatham branch is charging too high they are cheating the customers. I have booked a parcel from ST Coimbatore to Gudiyatham for 75/- and the same package was sent back from ST Gudiyatham to Coimbatore for 180/- which is not acceptable at all. Will escalate this cheating activity.
