FRAUD IN THE NAME OF ST COURIER. These guys pretend to be running ST courier agency and they collect the courier without any receipt. If someone enquires for a receipt, their response is to get the receipt the following day. You can find the real ST courier office near Balasubramanian hospital & Auto stand

I have never seen a cheater than them, i send a parcel to Singapore on April 29, 2021. These frauds said it is on hold in chennai as international flight are cancelled, i have been contacting them every week, they repeated the same and tell me they are tracking it. on June 1, 2021, i contacted the Franch express customer care unit and come to know that my parcel is not moved from the kattumannarkoil branch itself, they are lying to me for morethan one month and i do not know what they are doing with. I appreciate Franch express customer care unit, they even ask me to file complaint. After a month i am giving the review of the Franch express, i thought they are honest person, but i am wrong, that is the reason i have not deleted the first review. they also cheater or i can say robbers, i sent 4 kg parcel, but my sister in singapore received 2.5 kg. Initially they informed customs may removed,so i contacted DHL as franch express has tie-up with DHL for international delivery. DHL informed they have not removed anything and they said they received only 2.5kg. when i contacted Franch express now they come up with different different story and try to say i had paid very less for the parcel. I do not understand how come i may paid less and they accepted my parcel. My learning is never trust franch express, if anybody want to send item, then use reputed company or trusted company like Indian post, DHL, Bluedart, Aramex as they respect the customer and take care of the parcel. if you made any complaint, they follow up us untill it is resolved,but courier like franch express you have to go back at them like a dog and they will never mind you back after money is paided to them. Beware of the cheating courier company

Worst service...i got a call two days back on check book delivery... As of nw not yet delivered... Today i got sms mentioning tht attempted delivery today but we missed you... I dnt knw why these ppl runninng such worst courier service...
