There is no call from them for pickup, even we call them to check whether the package is received or not, they obtain the awb number and tell like will call in 5mins. But then no calls from them. We have to call them everytime and get it done. Worst service I have ever seen.

Very worst experience with them. Parcel sent from Chennai to Kayathar on Thursday reached to Kovilpatti on Friday morning but they told with a worse tone, it will be delivered only on Monday though Saturday was a full working day. Finally the receiver who is our customer had to travel about 30kms to go the this hub and collect it, due to which negative impact got created for our business. The people here are not at all professional.
