I have send a water heater on 04/08/2022 from ST courier Anupuram with consignment number 635105*****on 10/08/2022 when i enquired the status of my parcel,it was not even reached the nearest hub chengalpet, when i asked Anupuram agent to follow up the tracking,he was hesitant to track the parcel, insted he has given me the copy of booking slip with a wrong delivery status, as he was not ready to follow up i started tracking it up and found it was delivered to a home appliances shop at kuvathur, with my efforts i requested kuvathur agent to collect from the shop . Even after that today full day either Anupuram agent or chengalpet hub person did not take any action to further re rout the parcel. In this condition i would like to inform you that i will move in consumer forum to settle my issue and give reasonable action against the irresponsible Anupuram agent.

Worst behavior of the employee. Tracking site not updated with details. Hence called the office. Worst behavior of the employee at Chennai Pallavaram location. She was not ready to even listen our complaint. But cuts the call while talking. License of this courier service should be cancelled. I am going to raise complaint with the consumer forum.

Worst courier service, I would want to give rating less than 1 if that was possible. They stole items from my consignment, removed 2 saris from my parcel, repacked and delivered the rest. When I called them, they registered a complaint, but after few days quietly closed my complaint and thereafter stopped answering my calls and mails. This courier service deserves to close down. Cheats and frauds that is what they are.

Worst courier service, An Delivery boy who came to my place to deliver a parcel, unfortunately I was not available at that time, so i requested to share a photo of the sender so that I can identify the what has came for me, but he didnt shared so I request him to deliver it next time whenever he comes in mh area. I didnt gave him any specific time instead I told him on his comfortable hours and time he can came and deliver the parcel. After a week he called me he asked in a rude manner you have to collect it from our office, I cant come at your place, if you want a delivery at your place then you need to pay sort of amount, I said Okay I will pay, but can you give me a receipt stating that? He said no, and literally said chahiye toh aao aake leke jao warna rehne do, humko bahot kam hai idhar. And hung up the call, after that he didn't received my calls. I am also doing a 9-9 shift where in I am unable to reach out to the office. The parcel contains medicine of my neighbour's son who is suffering brain disorder, Inspite of knowing these this people returned the parcel.
