Worst courier service..I got a call from Bangalore saying my parcel is in Bangalore and will get a call from Mangalore office in 2 days. It's more than a week now and I've been trying to contact everyone and not able to connect. The numbers in Google are outdated. I have no way to reach these people. I hate this courier service.

Worst experience...my parcel reached in manglore courier station on Wed morning..but it's not delivered to me till Fri eve ...afterthat we went nd collected it from courier office.. Delay In delivery

The worst of worst services ever. Kindly make sure you find some other service for post. I paid for speed post where they promised me one day’s delivery and it’s been 4days now. Been enquiring at their service centre at Mangalore and the woman there doesn’t have the least decency to either pick the call, respond, or give any update. After trying their number for three days straight, she finally picks up just to say “I am having my lunch, how do you expect me to check now?”. On further mentioning that I haven’t been getting any response for past three days, she responds by saying, “Yeah. I was busy. We have lot of loads coming in”. There should be some basic responsibility to be taken or if not, basic courtesy to acknowledge the delay stating their reason. I am beyond frustrated. I still haven’t heard about my courier. I will make sure to sue these people in case of any damage.

A parcel was booked at Trichy on 5th Nov 20 for delivering at Mangalore. It was told that parcel will be delivered on 7th. However, our repeated calls to their office revealed that parcel was stuck in Bangalore. We had to go and collect it on 10th. Avoid this courier. Bad service.
