People was good only but their service was not upto the mark.. without delivery person why they are running office?? Always ask to collect the parcel from the office.. anytime delivery person not available not available same answer. And late delivery also if parcel come today, you will get it by next month if we asked why they will tell they tried to reach you but we are not available. Like that. But the truth is there is no delivery person for delivery.

Worst to the core. Bad customer service and improper response. My product shipped at KALLAKURICHI on 2nd Dec 2022. Without delivering my product to me,they entered as delivered on 3rd Dec 2022 @2.00pm.when I tracked my consignment no. After I got phone no. On their website but it was an ex employee's no. With his help I got manager's no. But there was no response. Then after visiting staright to the ST Courier office, they asked me to collect it from the main branch. I asked the lady employee how could they put the product as delivered without delivering it. But she ignored and said that you go and enquire the delivery man. From her point, if we wanna go and collect the product by ourselves to the office,why they have a courier office with license?
