Always give an excuse that their Delivery person is not available or sick and asks us to come to their office to collect parcel. If we dont go they send back parcel saying person was not available to receive the delivery. Very pathetic service. Avoid any deliveries through them!

Rude behaviour, They don't deliver it to the address. Update on 01/23/23. They are still the same, asked me to go to their office and collect the parcel. If they can't deliver to the address why they are accepting the shipment. Not to mention about the staff behaviour, rude from the word go.

Very very bad experience with me.... Very bad behavior, don't pick up the phone, don't bring the parcel to the said place because it says there is no service to the said place .... then why are they accepting the parcel?
