ST COURIER, Munnar, Kerala

I have an send the parcel, since morning I am calling delivery boy but everytime he is saying he will come in 10 mins, it’s been more than 5 hours and yet I haven’t received my courier. This is worst service provided by ST Courier they can’t handle their delivery agent in Munnar. bad service I hate ST courier 😡

Very arrogent response from the agent Doesn't pick-up phone and if he picked up he speaks very rudely He only deliver a couple of couriers to the places If there is only a courier to the place he will not deliver it and hold the item to make multiple consignments even if for a couple of days for his own self profit also he doesn't answer the phone on during the days He lie to us that the courier doesn't on his office even the tracking Id shows his location Even you ask for the delay he will say go and compain
