Yesterday ( 29.11.2021), at around 4 pm, I received a call from ST Courier, Punalur. As usual, an arrogant female voice told me that I have a courier. I told her I will pick it up today. So, today at 9.30 AM , I reached their office and found it closed. I dialled yesterday's number and the same voice told me she will come and open the office at 10. So I waited. Finally, she appeared at 10.20. I asked her for my courier. She checked a couple of boxes and told me there is no courier in my name. I told her about the previous day's call but she insisted it was not yesterday, but may be the week before. She argued vehemently, but never cared to check a second time. There were only 3 boxes and I found one under another and asked her what is it. She picked it up and it was my courier. I asked her why she didn't check that box, and she began to shout at me using all foul words. I just told her she is not fit for this job and left. I hope to make an official complaint.
