I shipped a live fish from karunagappally to chathannoor, behalf of the next day the tracking ID still not working. Finally they tracked and reported me it's in Kochi at the end of the day. I don't know whether it is live or dead fish. The funny thing is helpline need someone's help to work. Worst experience with this courier service.
