I paid advance 1200 rs once I reach hotel receptionist said there is no room for booked against my name, I called customer care for refund for 50 times all the time they said server is busy. And I did not receive my money back. Don't waste your money. Fake hotel ans fake oyo

3.5/5 It's convenient in terms of stay charges. They also have joint gov cab facilities to travel to connected place of mahabaleshwar which is quite good Food they offer are quite expensive but good in taste Also their rooms are not sound proof(due to thin wall/door) So you may get disturbed from the sounds of near by rooms in night

Rude behaviour. Hot water available only with buckets from 7am to 9am only . Unclean room . Just to survive is ok . Not recommended to be with family. Full amount is taken in advance during check in only.

For all those who are looking to book this hotel. PLEASE DON'T!! I have had the worst experience with this hotel. I had booked this hotel online for my parents who are senior citizens and had received a confirmation of booking. However, on reaching there at night not only were they denied a room but also the owner misbehaved and rudely asked them to leave and find another accomodation. The owner was EXTREMELY rude and impolite in his conversation. I am not usually the one to write a review but had to in this case to make travellers aware of what they would be signing up for if they are reserving this hotel.
