They are very unprofessional..they will not deliver any products at given address

Professional Courier service is really very very UNPROFESSIONAL! They don't deliver the parcel to the assigned address, and when asked they say "they don't have the home delivery service." Really!? So why do you operate at the first place then? It's your job to deliver the parcel to the concerned address, and if you can't do that then shutdown your operations!

They should name their company as Unprofessional Couriers. Asked to collect the courier from the office which is already paid for home delivery. Every time experienced the same.

Professional courier in general, is been the most unprofessional courier service I have ever encountered. They never pick up the calls. Talking about this particular Karukachal branch, you would need a microscope in hand to find it. I am attaching pics for people to make their treasure hunt experience easy to find the office. It's very closer to bus stand, spot the Amul franchise in the lane of RK bakery after a short walk, find a stair case after a close look and climb up, find the shady room which looks like a dump yard and voila, that's professional couriers...
