One of the worst office. Never deliver yo nearby and you have to go and collect when you ask they say your address is non delivery area. Worst and rude behaviour. For Last three years we are facing same problem. But IR is wonder despite so many complaints and worst review the courier is not taking any Iaction.

Worst courtier service ever. I got a text msg saying Courier is withheld due to improper address in professional courier Urapakkam. The text msg also had a number to contact. Else the courier will be sent back to the sender. This unprofessional courier. Dint pick up the multiple calls from me to get my package since I was out of station for the holidays. Use some other good courier service like DTDC.

We recd one cover at 8.30pm today and I asked why you came in untime.He roodly replied that ....ok I took back the cover...The charge of cover was ₹65 ( indian post stamp is only ₹10 )If you keep the courier boy like this they will spoil your businesses ....

They can shut this place instead of operating. They won't deliver the courier even if it's nearby location. Asking to collect from office everytime.When other couriers are able to deliver to the same location, why u can't? Just asking, then why do you collect courier from the sender saying that it will be delivered. Do you guys will refund half the money if it's not delivered home, no right? Very poor courier service. Not even one star u deserve. Not recommend anytime.

The most "un professional" courier company. Every time they called me and asked to come and collect the items. When asked why they can't deliver it, one time they said they don't have people to deliver the items and second time they said my location is not in service. My place is just 1.5 km from their office. Even their customer care people don't care about any complaints.
