Very Poor service. In the website, they claim door delivery and once the package arrives in the destination, they would want the customer to pick up. Adding to the woes, they close down by 5.30 P.M and if you have a job that stretches beyond their sacred timings, find your own ways to get to the consignment

Item will reach the branch in expected duration but wont deliver it to address. And when we go there for pickup, say item not available. Item is found & collected on second visit to branch and after several calls. Too bad service. Not recommended. Go for DHL/BlueDart available near K.G Hospital.
