PLEASE DON'T BOOK YOUR CONSIGNMENTS TO PARIPALLY OFFICE CONSIGNMENT NO : KLM565484 Paripally Franchaisee office ,they Dont desrve even a zero rating.. Tragic service. I had to wait 5 days to get a response about my consignment, which was sent from kollam town, hardly 15 km from this office. on the 5th day, they are blaming their Attingal Branch office is intentionally delaying the consignments to paripally. therafter contacted attingal branch in charge, Mr.Ganesh- he himself blaming Paripally franchaisee.. dont know what issue happening between them, .. Then i had to address the higher officials to get my consignemnt delivered on 6th day, through some other means, not through paripally office..

This place is very much known for its arrogant staffs and its worst customer service. As per the website, they offer door to door delivery, but this never happens to me even though i resides pretty much close to this place. I have requested several times to deliver the parcel to my place and they never did it.

These people don't deliver to home and instead they ask to collect from their office. When I told the lady that it's against the terms and conditions of the courier company and I am going to complaint, she agreed to deliver at my home. This franchise should be closed by professional courier because of the pathetic service and arrogance.
