The local office near Kakkanad, Info Park is fine. I sent an application via speed. They promised to deliver it on the next day at Chennai. But it was delivered by the evening of the third day only. Tracking status is poor. It is not at all real time. Still I could collect the information about the delivery on the third day by 9 PM. They did the job, but not satisfactory.

Stay away! The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL and FRAUDULENT courier I have ever come across. I have had MULTIPLE instances of the shipment being delayed for many days for no reason. Recently I ordered a very time-critical product from Amazon. The product reached the courier office of 30th of the month and was not delivered to me even on the 5th day. Moreover, they fraudulently changed the status of the order as Delivery Attempted twice.

Call them before you go to pickup. If no one answers, don't go. Being a courier service in Kakkanad area, they still live in stone age. No doorstep delivery. Go and claim your courier. That too after taking an appointment with them so that you don't see a closed shutter.

Unprofessional , Irresponsible , worst service experience. Customers please be advised to stay clear of this establishment for important and urgent matters. Their most expensive package of delivery for urgent occasions is useless as they don't deliver it even after the package has reached the office . If I have to go pick it up from them then I don't see the point of these people claiming do deliver items.
